Registering Your Business (ALL 50 STATES!)
Alright! You have your 2, 5 and 10-year goals mapped out (See my previous blog if you haven't taken this step yet.) Now, for the legal stuff. ***I am NOT an attorney. The links below should not be construed as legal advice from myself (Sara Leisinger) or my business (Who's Lance ? Digital Marketing)***.
These are just helpful links to start your journey of business ownership. Most of these links are to each states Secretary of State websites. Some feature their Department of Revenue. Still others are sponsored by the individual state governments.
I selected these links because they seemed like they would be the most helpful to those who are starting a business for the first time. Most of them have a step-by-step process for starting a business in your state.Be sure to note your state's requirements to start a business and abide by them:) In my opinion, that allows you to start on the right foot!
